InstallPro is a business management platform for installation companies. You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You retain ownership of all data and content you enter into InstallPro. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely to provide the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties.
When you connect Google services (such as Google Calendar or Gmail), you authorize InstallPro to access your data solely to provide the features you request. This access is governed by Google's Terms of Service in addition to these Terms.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, InstallPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
